 Services Provided:[Beyond Fabrication & Repair] offers custom fabrication along with a variety of contracting services, including but not limited to: [Trim, Doors, Windows, Siding, Roofing, Decks, Appliance Servicing, Drywall, Lawn Services, Flooring, Carpentry, Fence Repair]. We strive to provide quality workmanship; however, the scope and complexity of certain tasks may require the expertise of licensed professionals (e.g., licensed plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians).

Limitations of Liability:

• No Guarantees: While we aim for excellent results, we cannot guarantee that all repairs or installations will be flawless or permanent, especially in situations involving pre-existing conditions, faulty materials not supplied by us, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Not Licensed Professionals (in all areas): Unless explicitly stated otherwise, [Beyond Fabrication & Repair] and its employees are generally not licensed plumbers, electricians, or HVAC technicians. Services provided in these areas are typically limited to minor repairs and replacements and are not intended to replace the services of a licensed professional. We may recommend consulting a licensed professional for complex or code-sensitive work.

• Pre-existing Conditions: We are not responsible for any damages resulting from pre-existing conditions in your property that may be revealed or aggravated during the course of our work.

• Materials: If you supply the materials for a project, we are not responsible for the quality, suitability, or compatibility of those materials.

• Consequential Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Beyond Fabrication & Repair] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits, business interruption, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.

• Liability Limit: Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific services in question.

Safety: We prioritize safety during all work performed. However, you are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, including but not limited to:

• Providing clear access to the work area.

• Securing pets and children away from the work area.

• Informing us of any known hazards or safety concerns on your property.

Warranty: There will be no warranty provided.

Payment: Payment will be expected on the day of order and/or services. A late fee of 50 dollars will be added for every day the payment is delayed. Any custom payment plan will be outlined in our agreement or invoice. You are responsible for timely payment according to those terms.

 Governing Law: This disclaimer and any disputes arising out of or relating to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.  

Entire Agreement:

 This disclaimer, along with any written estimates or agreements, constitutes the entire agreement between you and [Beyond Fabrication & Repair] regarding the services provided and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

 Right to Refuse Service:

[Beyond Fabrication & Repair] reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.

 By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this disclaimer.
